QIMRA Recruitment Officer

JOB PURPOSE: The Recruitment Officer shall provide full support to the Operations Head in the whole recruitment process from manpower pooling, jobs posting (after accreditation of job order), searching, screening and selection, pre-qualification, and final selection by the principal/employer.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Advertise the available jobs and manage it

  2. Conduct preliminary interview, discuss the employer's profile, and provide basic skills test

  3. Instruct the Recruitment Specialist to make sure that the applicant possesses all the required documents and provide information to the QIMRA Documentation/Processing Team

  4. Pre-qualify applicants and submit a list to the Foreign Placement Agency (FPA) or directly to the employer through the Deputy General Manager, and receive back a list of qualified candidates

  5. Give tips and advices to the qualified candidates in preparation for the employer's interview

  6. Assist the principal/employer during the final interview

  7. When the qualified candidate is selected by the principal/employer, the QIMRA Recruitment Team together with the QIMRA Documentation/Processing Team and the QIMRA Customer Service Representative shall discuss the terms and conditions of the employment contract employment contract, duties and responsibilities, and QIMRA's role as a Philippine recruitment agency.

  8. Communicate with and support other teams/departments of QIMRA

  9. Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Head
