QIMRA Operations Head (CLOSED)
JOB PURPOSE: The Operations Head will supervise the following sections but not limited to: Recruitment, Documentation and Processing, After Sales or Customer Service, Human Resources, Internal Marketing, and Office Administration.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Registration and/or accreditation of principal/employers at POEA
Recruitment process from manpower pooling, searching, screening and selection, pre-qualification, and final selection by the principal/employer
Coordination with the Internal Marketing Team, relating to the conclusion of Recruitment Agreement and POLO verification of documents
Documentation process of successful candidates prior to deployment
Internal orientation to pre-selected candidates on how to successfully pass the employer’s interview
Internal orientation to selected candidates, similar to PDOS
Subscription to job portals
Databank
Organization of hard copies and electronic copies of documents, including backup of electronic documents
Participation to job fairs and special recruitment activities, recruitment caravan, provincial recruitment and the like
Customer service
Labor cases
Affiliation to organization of recruitment agencies
On-the-job training for QIMRA employees and future candidates
Update the current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and on-boarding processes.
Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting)
Stay up-to-date on labor legislation and inform Recruitment Officers/Specialists about changes in regulation
Other tasks as instructed by the Deputy General Manager
