Job Order Accreditation at POEA

(Documentary Requirements)

The following original documents must be verified by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office (POLO) in the country where the manpower is needed. In the absence of POLO, the documents shall be duly authenticated by the Philippine Embassy / Consulate which has jurisdiction over the site. QIMRA will submit all these documentary requirements to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) for accreditation before any recruitment activity can take place.

  1. Recruitment Agreement between Employer and QIMRA

  2. Demand Letter / Job Offer

  3. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)

  4. Standard Employment Contract (SEC) 

    • 1 Model Contract for Skilled and Professional Workers 

  5. Commercial Registration Certificate of the Company with English Translation

  6. Copy of Employer’s Passport and ID (either President  or General Manager)

  7. Company Location Map

  8. Location Map / Floor Plan of Workers’ Accommodation

  9. Manpower Statement of the Company (Number of employees in the company regardless of nationality)

  1. Revocation of Special Power of Attorney (for employer who wants to revoke existing accreditation to other Philippine Licensed Agency)

  2. Dual Accreditation Undertaking (for employer who wants to be accredited to more than 1 Philippine Licensed Agency)

Additional Requirements for the Recruitment of Drivers

 

  1. Verified individual employment contract

  2. Verified accident insurance coverage for the drivers and comprehensive third party liability (TPL) for the vehicle

 

Additional Requirements for Foreign Placement Agencies (FPAs)

 

  1. List of direct employers

  2. Employment contract per employer

  3. Job order per employer

  4. Recruitment Agreement between the FPA and direct Employer.

 

For Renewal of Registration/Accreditation 

 

  1. Letter request for renewal and revalidation of Job Order balance, if applicable

  2. Confirmation of validity of Special Power of Attorney
