QIMRA Documentation Office (CLOSED)

JOB PURPOSE: The Documentation Officer is responsible for the registration and/or accreditation of principal/employers at POEA and for the documentation process of successful candidates prior to deployment.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Ensure that the documentary requirements for registration and/or accreditation of principal/employers complete and organized according to QIMRA Procedure; transact with POEA Land-Based Center personnel through the Liaison Officer; reporting the status to the Operations Head, and proper QIMRA documentation system

  2. Communicate with the Marketing Officer, through the Operation Head, regarding the missing documents from the Principal/Employer

  3. Join the QIMRA Recruitment Team and QIMRA Customer Service Representative in discussing the terms and conditions of the employment contract employment contract, duties and responsibilities, and QIMRA's role as a Philippine recruitment agency to the successful candidates

  4. Process the documents of successful candidates prior to their deployment starting from the signing of employment contract to deployment

  5. Prepare all documents needed for compliance (DTI, POEA, DOLE, BIR, LGU, etc.)

  6. Communicate with and support other teams/departments of QIMRA

  7. Perform other duties as instructed by the Operations Head
